Kinds of Mushrooms Types


Mushroom delicacy already widely known, but easily transformed into various kinds of processed mushrooms are also a favorite of the vegetarian dishes.

Mushroom:

Champignon mushrooms:

Ear fungus:

Oyster mushroom:

Usually called the oyster mushroom. Stalk hood is not right in the middle and not rounded correctly, but rather resemble oyster shells. Hood size and color also vary depending on how its cultivation, depending on its type. White oyster mushrooms (oyster white), color white hood was yellowish white and milk until 3-14 cm in diameter. Toadstools:

In the Japanese language called shiitake, whereas in Chinese called hioko. In Indonesia alone people usually call it by name jengkol mushrooms, this is because the shapes and smells like jengkol. This fungus is yellow-brown with a covering 3-10 cm in diameter. Fresh mushrooms in a little chewy, but after a dry clay. The price is relatively expensive because it feels good in addition to these fungi also nutritious treat cancer and hepatitis B. Usually sold in a state of fresh and dry.

Morel Mushrooms:

Ling zhi mushroom:

Boletus mushrooms:

This fungus is very famous in Europe because of the smell, delicious taste and a distinctive, especially when the fungus is still young.

Mushrooms nomeko:

Is also called monkey head mushrooms. Although hairy, tastes very good. In Indonesia, the fungus is not very popular so rarely found on the market.

Black truffle mushrooms:

Forest mushrooms are also called black pearl or black queen.Harganya very expensive and difficult to obtain. Therefore, this fungus grows beneath the ground surface that is as deep as 10-30 cm.

Mushrooms CEPE:

Resembles a tree trunk bulging. Cultivated in many European countries. Mushrooms can be eaten raw in salads and omelettes are delicious prepared mixture.
